Kindly be informed that any instances of breaks or damage to stones that may occur during our service are not covered under our liability. It is important to understand that stones have the potential to crack or break, during the re-cutting or polishing process and as such, we do not offer stone removal from jewellery. This task should be carried out by a qualified jeweler to ensure proper handling and care. Once the stones have been safely removed, we welcome you to send them to us for expert re-cutting or re-polishing to restore their beauty.
We may also ask you for photos of the damage to the stone this is just to help us better asses what needs to done.
it is important to remember that to re cut or re-polish a stone some small amounts of the stone will need to be cut away making the stone smaller we do our upmost to keep the stone to its original size but some times resizing can not be helped due to the damage this will be discussed with you to make sure you are happy with the work that will be carried out on your gemstone.
