Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. For custom-made items, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
